Sadie Gotlib, LPC
Sadie is a therapist who believes that real change begins with understanding — of ourselves, our relationships, and the experiences that have shaped us. Her work centers on helping clients untangle relationship stress, shame, trust issues, and the patterns that quietly hold them back, always through a trauma-informed lens.
Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy, Sadie integrates relational principles with evidence-based practice to support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression. She has a particular focus on teens and parents, with deep clinical interest in relational trauma, identity development, and parenting support — grounded in years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families across diverse settings.
Sadie is committed to ethical, responsive care and pursues ongoing consultation and supervision to ensure the people she works with always receive her best. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology Counseling Practice from Roosevelt University. When she's not in session, you'll likely find her in a local bookstore or coffee shop.
