Sadie Gotlib, LPC
Sadie is a thoughtful and empathetic therapist who works from a trauma-informed, relational, and psychodynamically informed perspective. She is deeply committed to understanding the emotional worlds of her clients and honoring the complexity of each person’s lived experience. With warmth, curiosity, and attunement, Sadie creates a therapeutic space where individuals feel seen, supported, and able to explore patterns, relationships, and internal experiences that shape their lives.
Sadie believes meaningful change occurs through insight, self-reflection, and the therapeutic relationship itself. Her work focuses on helping clients understand unconscious patterns, attachment dynamics, and relational experiences—past and present—that influence emotions, behaviors, and relationships. She integrates psychoanalytic and relational principles with evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and personality disorders.
She has a particular interest in relational trauma, identity development, and parenting support, informed by her experience working with children, adolescents, and families across diverse clinical settings. As a newly licensed clinician, Sadie values ongoing consultation and supervision to provide ethical, thoughtful, and responsive care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Reichman University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology Counseling Practice from Roosevelt University.
