Shani Samuel, LSW

Shani is a warm, collaborative therapist who works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, grief, loss, and major life transitions. She is dedicated to building trusting, respectful, and open relationships, where clients feel safe to explore challenges and work toward meaningful goals together.

With a BA in Biopsychology and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan, Shani brings both a scientific understanding of human behavior and a deeply human-centered approach to her work. She has experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of life stages and emotional needs.

Shani draws from a range of therapeutic modalities to tailor her approach to each person’s unique goals and personality. Whether integrating cognitive-behavioral tools, relational techniques, or mindfulness-based strategies, she focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful growth and change.
