Rachel Spizzirri, LCPC

Rachel is passionate about helping people find balance and peace through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and exposure and response prevention techniques. It is her belief that everyone deserves an empathetic therapist that can help them feel empowered to overcome whatever obstacles they may be facing. She is confident that therapy can be an opportunity to strengthen problem-solving skills and take steps towards making meaningful change.  

Together, Rachel and her clients collaborate to create treatment plans specifically tailored to their needs using a variety of therapeutic techniques. She is dedicated to creating a non-judgmental and compassionate therapeutic environment to best help her clients overcome whatever challenge or goal they seek to achieve. Rachel’s background includes working in PHP/IOP programs for children and adolescents experiencing anxiety/OCD and eating disorders at Rogers Behavioral Health. 

Rachel’s clinical areas of focus include eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, depression, academic stress, self-esteem, autism spectrum, LGBTQIA+ ally.
